"The food here is unbelievable. It’s creative cuisine at its finest and everything has incredible flavor. The portions are generous and the menu has a little bit of something for everyone. You can tell there is a lot of love in the food… and that makes it even better. I haven’t tried anything I don’t like yet! It’s about more than food though. It’s about the experience. When you come to Shebas you’re more than a number and more than a customer. I’m not even a “regular” and I’ve been treated like family since my very first visit. She takes the time to know her customers and provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. One day I couldn’t decide on what to order so she made me something that wasn’t available on the menu. Another time, she brought out some potential menu items for me to taste test and offer feedback. She’s personally walked my order out to me on multiple occasions and she always gives me more than expected. Times are tough and things are expensive almost everywhere. I won’t be the first to say it but I will say it: this place is absolutely worth it. 5 stars isn’t enough ."

"Loved it all. We stopped for gas on our way to Bar Harbor and wanted more than gas station food or fast food. Very glad I googled best food in the area. We were skeptical being from out of state but wow did this place exceed any expectations. I think pulling in and see two skeletons in the seating area won me over. We ordered a Chimichanga and the Short Rib Mac. Both were so so good and the portions was massive. Definitely make this a stop if you're in the Waterville/Oakland Maine area."

"Quite possibly, some of THE BEST FOOD in ALL OF WATERVILLE. I had been wanting to go to this place for a long while, because I knew as soon as I went, id understand why everyone is raving about how amazing the food is. Well, I was 100% right. Me and my mother stopped for lunch about 1230 on a Thursday afternoon. Spent about 5 to 10 minutes going over the extensive menu. For being my first time going there, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE to figure out what you want to try first, but also knowing Im going to come back and probably try the whole menu eventually, I decided to go with the Boom Boom Shrimp, which from previous reviews looked to be one of the favorites to try, and a hot honey chicken slider, mom had a seafood combo basket. The Boom Boom Shrimp was one of the best things I HAVE EVER HAD, flavor simply out of this world, tortillas they used were amazing, and they give you 3 and THEY FILL THEM, you get your money's worth back 5 times just from the quality of the food and how happy you are after you take one bite. The chicken sliders were ridiculous. Brioche buns were perfect. Big pieces of chicken. That hot honey made my palette go crazy. The French fries are SO GOOD. And they give you ALOT. I'm telling you, the food is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY here. Might be the BEST IN WATERVILLE. Stop by if you haven't yet, you'll fall in love like I knew I would."

"We found this place on our way to Ogunquit from Montreal and we were not disappointed ! We had the wings, poutine and shrimp bang bang and everything was delicious! Wonderful little garden for eating. Definitely not to be missed!"

"Delicious! I'm from out of state but I've waited 2 years to eat here again! The Boom Boom Shrimp tacos were full and saucy, the fries were crispy and fluffy, and the mac was very cheesy! The cheesecake was perfect for a warmer day and the shaded tables surrounded by flowers were lovely! Very friendly staff, I'm only upset I have to wait another year to eat here again 10/10 would recommend"

"This is an hour and 40 minutes from my house and I will absolutely be making the drive there and home for this food. I went recently while on vacation and will be back soon! There really are not words for how good it is. The kitchen is kept immaculate. The food was all homemade and had dimensional flavor and texture. Nobody in my party snapped a single picture of our actual meals because they were so delicious looking. The owner was so kind (on the right in my picture) and the outdoor dining area is magnificent with beautiful tables, shade and wonderful flowers. (I blocked the kiddos faces out for privacy but wanted to show how nice the area is) 10/10 all the way around."

"I came all the way from East Tennessee just to have this amazing woman's food. It's THAT good! The #1 dish that my boyfriend orders (and now me) is the boom boom shrimp tacos. For $15 you get 3 tacos that will have you throwing your glasses like Jordon the Stallion because they're so good! A handful of crispy per taco, carefully nestled in beautiful fresh leaves of cilantro and red cabbage, topped with slices of avocado and that delectable sauce! You'll be licking the tray and wanting seconds. Hold on though, because she's been expanding her menu to include more desserts and treats. If you love chocolate (and who doesn't?) ask about her new chocolate mousse bomb 24! AND THE CHURROS! I could say more, but you need to make your way here and experience it for yourself! Say hello to the skeletons in the garden and beware of the spiders that guard the gate"
